I picked up the Deiss PRO grater for zesting lemons and grating hard cheese, and it does the job well. The stainless steel blade feels sharp and durable, and the wide design catches a good amount of gratings. It's dishwasher safe, though I've found hand washing keeps the edge longer. It's not heavy-duty for massive jobs, but for everyday zesting and parmesan, it's great. The yellow handle is a nice pop of color.
